1. Introduction
Welcome to Torr Overland. By booking a guided 4×4 tour with us, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings must be made through our website.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
- You will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment.
- Prices are subject to change, but once booked, your price is locked in.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- Customer Cancellations:
- Cancellations or changes made 31 days or more before the event will either receive a full refund or ability to change to another tour and date.
- Cancellations made 30 days or less before the event are non-refundable.
- Torr Overland Cancellations:
- If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather or vehicle issues), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
4. Participation Requirements
- All drivers must hold a valid UK driving licence and be legally allowed to drive in the UK.
- Participants must comply with all instructions given by the guide during the event.
- Safety is our priority—reckless driving or failure to follow guidance may result in removal from the event without a refund.
- Any damage to Torr Overland vehicles due to reckless driving may be charged to the participant.
5. Vehicle & Equipment Use
- When using your own 4×4 vehicle, it must be road legal, insured, and suitable for off-road use.
- Torr Overland is not responsible for any damage to customer vehicles during the tour.
- Safety equipment (where required) will be provided and must be used as instructed.
6. Liability & Insurance
- Torr Overland takes all reasonable precautions to ensure safety but cannot be held liable for injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour. Participants take responsibility for ensuring that they drive within the capabilities of their own skills and vehicle.
- Participants must ensure they have appropriate personal insurance if required.
- By booking, you acknowledge that off-road driving carries inherent risks.
7. Complaints & Disputes
- If you have any concerns during your experience, please raise them with your guide immediately.
- Any formal complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of your tour.
8. Amendments to Terms
- Torr Overland reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
